Well located hotel a short walk from the waterfront. The hotel itself is excellent, with good breakfast buffet, clean lobby bathrooms, and helpful staff. The streets surrounding the property are currently under construction which is unfortunate but not the hotel's fault. I would be happy to rebook this hotel if/when returning to Barcelona

Excellent location ,walkable distance to a lot of places , property itself is new was on the 5th floor not facing the Main Street was very quiet , kitchen a good living room main bedroom bigger space with a double bed and the other room smaller with a single both and both had their own bathrooms and showers,washer and dryer in the kitchen can wash but cannot dry although it had a function of drying ( machine was new !)

The location was excellent. Front desk was very nice and lend the umbrellas for us when it rained one day. We reported about a cabinet door problem and it was taken care of in timely fashion. This is a great place to stay next to great shops

I really enjoyed my stay there. Everyone was so nice and the room/apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was clean and very nice looking. I would definitely go back. The location is perfect too!

Elegance with a great location
When we arrived we were amazed by the architecture and elegance of the building inside and out. It is a unique hotel promoting elegance. The location is perfect with easy access to multiple subway lines, on a beautiful luxury shopping street. Don't forget to go up to the roof. You can catch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia as well as La Pedrera (Casa Milà) across the street.

Every morning at 8 am there was very loved construction sounds in our room. I called twice and both times they told me they can’t do anything about it as it was the bullring next door that was making all the noise. It sounded like a holdover in our room from 8 am to 12 pm. Horrible! I don’t recommend at all!

We arrived on St Jordi day so access was a bit difficult but that was not the hotels fault! The rooms are very modern and well fitted out. We had a full opening courtyard window/ balcony that was lovely in the evenings with the sounds of the city but when closed was quite sound proof. The kitchen was small but served our purpose and the washing machine was great to get. Load done- a drying rack would be better than scattering things over any available rail. Access to the sights and centre was perfect as you are on a train line and bus line straight out the front and it is only a short stroll to the old town down hill, about 1000m to the Familia cathedral and Las Rambla is one street across with some amazing Tapas very close by. staff were friendly and could all speak English. I would stay here again

A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay

Avenue Suites are the perfect choice to stay in Barcelona if you want somewhere safe and quiet but still within 10 mins from the city centre. The apartments are spotless, well maintained and very spacious, I will definitely be back when I visit the city, especially during summer so that we can enjoy the pools. The views at the rooftop at night are spectacular! The neighbourhood is ideal and has a countless choice of shops, restaurants and bar terraces, perfect for people watching… it reminds me of the UWS in NY with wide, tree lined streets.

Beautiful and spacious place with a good location. Close to public transportation and right across Casa Mila. A nice getaway from the craziness of Las Ramblas without being too far. The only downsides were the construction work being done in the morning that would wake us up and the AC didn’t get really cold. Overall would still recommend staying here!
