Very bad terrible stay and the reviews are fake
Terrible stay First of all,no one help you with your luggage you have to take the trolley by yourself,and it is not get in the room ,the room entrance tiny. Secondly,when you turn the sink water you hear noise coming from drain and pumping. Thirdly,there is insects in the bathtub. Lastly,only one time complimentary water in your room.

I would give 5 stars but i was only disappointed because they did not accept my request to extend my stay. No one paid any attention. They just wanted to me to rebook fresh which i was not expecting as the prices had changed

This hotel was an excellent choice, the hotel is conveniently located by a nearby Blue line metro. There are lots of restaurants, cafes etc nearby. Room was spacious and bathrooms were also. Free wifi, reception staff very good. Highly recommended.

Used to be a top bijou hotel and have stayed before - now a bit tatty with cracked sink - also blocked. damaged door. Light not working. Manager not interested. Can supply photos. so not good value for money

We felt very safe in and around the area. It was close to metro and in walking distance to the hop on hop off bus. Also to the lovely shopping at the end of Paris street and the wide boulevards.
