Only hotel worthy in Bareily. Service was excellent Room 7 out 10. Food was acceptable but breakfast was very bad in choice and quality. I would rate this hotel 7/10.

Very bad experience, I booked for 2 adults and one kid, they gave us a small queen size room. When I asked how can three ppl sleep on queen size bed and they charged more money and gave us superior room but I already booked superior room which has queen size bed and One single bed. I don’t know why they charged again for kid.

Service was terrible. Charges for laundry service was exorbitant and charges were without full disclosure of the price. While hotel stay was ok, service was very disappointing. Also bills were not provided for the service.
