Rating: 2/5 The room was acceptable and clean, but several things were broken, like a table. The worst part was the air conditioning, which supposedly was set to 16 degrees, but the temperature never dropped below 30 degrees. We spent the entire night sweating and could barely sleep due to the heat. There was no one to contact in person, only through WhatsApp, and they didn’t offer us any help. The beds were okay, but nothing special, and the room was extremely small. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

This property is in a great location. walking distance to the harbor, old town, historic buildings and lots of shopping. Although the street outside was lively, inside the apartment was quiet. The apartment was clean and instructions on how to enter were very clear. They even set me up with a contact for a ride from the airport who was equally as responsive, communicative and gave very clear instructions. There is no housekeeping, which was fine for our two night stay. no restaurant or bar. we had plenty of extra towels, the bed was comfy and once the air conditioner kicked in, the room temp was tolerable. the kitchen amenities were enough for us. i would definitely stay here again. Just know that the staff do not really speak english. not a criticism, just an observation. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. the price was very reasonable too. if your looking for lux and plush, look elsewhere. But for simple, basic, convenient and inexpensive, this place checks the boxes.

Ottima ubicazione e ambiente curati e funzionante

Facile da raggiumgere, indicazioni chiare, ubicazione ideale per il centro storico, ambiente essenziale ma pulito e funzionante. Buona soluzione per alloggiare in centro. Purtroppo gli esercizi del centro storico tendono a mungere il portafoglio dei turisti

Fint til kun overnatning

Fint og rent værelse med en super beliggenhed. Der er en del støj fra gaden og ikke mindst de andre værelser. Væggene er meget lidt lydtætte/isoleret Der er dog ikke andre faciliteter end værelset, hvorfor det ikke kan opnå højere rating.

The property is well located, and the communication with the host was good enough that getting checked in was smooth. The only thing that could be better is more dishes & utensils: cups & spoons in particular. Restaurants in the area are good.

Molto comoda ai servizi, in via pedonale, silenziosa e confortevole. Camera ben arredata, pulita e ben accessoriata con bollitore e macchina caffè, molto funzionale... Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. A due passi da Bari vecchia, dalla struttura si può visitare Bari a piedi passando nelle vie dei brand di moda o dal bellissimo lungomare... Ristoranti e servizi comodi. Città bellissima... Da vedere... Se ripassero' da Bari soggiornero' di nuovo al Re di Smirne. Eccellente.
