When we checked in there was no toilet tissue in the room at all, towels were very dingy, only enough coffee for one cup and there were two of us and no cream or sugar for the one cup of coffee. Tv remote did not work. Overall, just not a comfortable room at all…….do not recommend.

Thank you for the review Ronald, we really appreciate you taking the time to do so. With that said, what you have said is not true and that is unfair. All of the amenities that you claim were not in the room were indeed in the room. If this were so, you would have came to the office and made us aware of the issues. I am sorry that you would not recommend us but we have 28 other FULL rooms of very satisfied customers. Felt safe so that was good. Room was not clean as evidenced by a big sock in middle of room. Also need to simplify the remote. It was also nice to have a place to eat that is walkable just need to maybe have a # to call in instead of waiting 45 minutes as a walk in.

Hey Yolanda, thank you for the review. I am sorry that you felt that the room wasn't cleaned to your standards. You can rest assured that I inspect every room and there was no sock in there but no big deal here we are. The as far as the remote goes, it is a Spectrum remote and we don't have anything to do with that. Channel up and down and the volume is usually the extent of a remote. Have a wonderful day!

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen! The beds were so nasty. Hair on the pillows and yellow stains all over the sheets. Would not keep my dog here! Arrived walked in and stayed long enough to get another hotel in order!

Hey Jessica, in regards to your 1 out of 5 review, it is normally not customary for a guest to stay in a room for 45 minutes to an hour, lay down in the beds, and then figure out they want a refund. Upon checking the room after you left I found both beds had been slept in, the bathroom had been used, etc. The other 29 rooms that are full every evening would have a difference of opinion. Have a great day! PS....Pillows have a tendency to have hair on them AFTER you lay down and use it for an hour....

the property is advertised as non-smoking, but smokers' receptacles right in front of the room doors with extended-stay guests puffing away. the photos show the kitchenette, my room has none. my 'non-smoking' room 210 has a very strong cigarette smell. when i complained to the front desk (the owner), he offered to have it cleaned again, however he told Expedia reprentative that he also offered me a refund. dude's lying through his teeth. the 'white' towels are brown and feel greasy, YUK. i felt all the 'white' towels, they are all very un-sanatized. i checked out after an hour, since i can't stand the cigarette smell. i didn't ask for a refund which i thought Expedia can handle it because they mis-represent the property information, well ... no luck there. if you are a weedhead and a 'cancer club' member, this property is right for you.

Good Morning Dat and thanks for the review...I am sorry that you felt your experience here was not up to par and I will do everything in my power to make the necessary changes...With that being said, the room you were in, 210, is a non-smoking room. There are smoking rooms around 210 and the ashtrays you are referring to are OUTSIDE for the guests in the non smoking rooms to use so they don't SMOKE in the room. We offered several options to you but you said that you were just bringing it to our attention so you wouldn't get charged for smoking in the room. Normally, when a guest has an issue with the room they don't take a shower, eat take out Chinese food, and lay down on the bed, but here we are...I'm sorry that you felt the towels you USED were brown and felt greasy....I promise you we take pride in cleaning and sanitizing everything at this hotel. Next time you have an issue in the room, I suggest you bring it to our attention immediately and not five hours later after a warm hot shower, take out food and a nap....Have a wonderful day DAT..... :)

They gave me the wrong room type for 1 room and it was a smoking room, smelled like a giant ashtray. The other room was very dirty, including the bed sheets. I went to the office to address the issues and they said that’s all they had available. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to get it through Expedia. When Expedia contacted the property, they refused the refund. However, Expedia did refund me anyway. They never apologized or asked how they could help. It was 10:30pm and I had 4 kids with me on a cross country road trip. The owner then lied on Google reviews about me. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a hotel before.

Well Hey Jackie, Once again I am sorry that you felt our property did not fit your needs. As I stated on Google reviews, The room was nice enough to sleep in and take a shower so it was accommodating to some extent. As I previously stated, it is not customary in the hotel industry to refund money after a room has been used. Thank You for going the extra mile for two reviews. Safe travels going "cross country" :)
