Breakfast expensive and not very nice, expected a lot better quality for the price

I had panko chicken with rice. Thislooked like it was defrosted reheated. The chicken was tender and moist and quite tasty but only just watm and the rice was still in clumps no effort sems to have gone in to making it look appealing. . The panko crumbs were not crispy whih they should be. Not worth what they were charging. For it At breakfast everything was excellent especially the scrambled egg. Good to see plates being kept hot.

Hotel good but guests inconsiderate.

I stay in the Ibis Barnsley regularly and have never had any problems. Unfortunately the last time guests had been vaping in rooms and corridors and the smell was overwhelming and very unpleasant. This has never happened before in previous visits. I just wanted to make you aware of this incident.

Great hotel and location (just of motorway) Helpful friendly staff 👍 Definitely staying again when passing or in the area.
