Quirky but great !
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HotelsIt’s a bit hard to judge because I was there just for sleep for a few hours. Great welcome by staff. Quirky room but clean, comfortable, tv, bar snacks and most important a good stay. I like quirky so enjoyed the room! So 7/10.

Arrived after a long day, the property was closed, all locked up. No one answering phone, no notice on door.

Improvements needed.
Publié le 7 juill. 2021 sur HotelsThe bedroom was basic, fir there lighting would improve the bedroom. Having fridge which was constantly switching on and off kept me awake.
Extractor fan in bathroom was full of dust.
Overall bedroom was depressing.

The location is good. Room good, staff good. Only thing was with the hot weather the duvet was a bit to warm. Could do with a thinner one.

Good budget choice for short stay in Barnstaple
Publié le 28 juin 2019 sur HotelsMy partner and I arrived after closing time following a long journey from Manchester but the lady was very understanding. Comfy double bed, free WiFi, freeview TV, handy fridge, clean/powerful shower, easy check out. Suggestions: Fridge in room was appreciated but a bit too loud, room door difficult to close (needs re-hinging). Would recommend and would happily stay again next time we are in the area.
