Bullanginya Lodge claimed there was no booking
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI booked and PAID through Hotels.com I have the confirmed booking and the receipt. When we arrived, reception said they did not have a booking. They said this had happened before with Expedia bookings. So, I had to reserve another room and PAY AGAIN. Now, neither the accommodation, nor Hotels.com/Expedia will accept any responsibility and neither will agree to refund the duplicate payment. Both blame the other. I strongly suggest that you do not book this place through a booking site. In fact, if they don't sort the problem out with Expedia and keep double charging the patron, you might want to reconsider staying here at all.

Clean and comfortable one bedroom unit. Very handy to the Sporties club and the bathroom was must have been renovated recently and was in excellent condition

If you book through Expedia, check with the accommodation venue. I had to change my booking, almost a week after the booking was made, and the venue had no record of my reservation. Luckily for me, there was still some accommodation available and I booked direct, the venue also informed me that they had had quite a few issues with Expedia not passing on bookings.

We had a great time in the pool and the location was so convenient to walk to Sporties! We will definitely be back :)

Quiet environment with easy walk to the Sporties Club for a meal. Very comfortable room and nice surroundings, although we didn't use the pool or BBQ area this stay
