Great apartment and great location

Alejandra is great a communicating and was super responsive if I needed anything. I will be traveling to BAQ frequently and will plan to stay here every time.

The place was a few blocks from a shopping center and across the street from a supermarket. The host was very friendly and went out her way to accommodate and recommend places to shop and taxi services to use. The building staff was aslo very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe for the most part in the neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here

I thought this would be a better stay !
Publié le 16 févr. 2021 sur HomeAwayFrom the beginning I sensed this would not be such a great place , since the owner had no profile pic and I had an issue requesting who this person was.
This property has no hot water and toilet was clogged and I was charged for it ! Beware for anyone else who gets these overcharges !

Since the beginning, Jose was a problematic person, writing to me in private, repeatedly asking to send him pictures of me. In regards to the toilet, this property has less than 1 year of newly construction. Furthermore, 2 days after Jose checked in, he informed us the toilet was clogged. A plumber was sent to the property, as he inspected the toilet, the plumber found there was a sanitary pad that was flushed in the toilet which caused it to completely clog. For this reason, the additional fee was charged to Mr. Jose for the fixture of the clogged toilet because of a sanitary pad. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to deal with people that are so conflictive like Mr.Jose.
