Not a very clean facility. Website not up to date about no breakfast. Other hotels supply breakfast to go.

Thank you for your review. We do have alerts on all websites about our full hot breakfast and indoor pool being closed until further notice due to COVID19. There is just no way to safely distance people in either the pool area or our breakfast room at this time. We will be happy to open them back up as soon as it is safely possible. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we take our guests' safety very seriously.

This is an older property that has had some renovations- it was clean, however we had cardboard lining our window. For a quick overnight stay it suited our needs.

The heat was loud and kept me awake all night. The front window curtain did not block out the parking lot lights so that too kept me awake.

We are very sorry to hear that the heater/AC unit seemed to keep you awake during the night. They are energy efficient PTAC units and are set to turn off once the desired temperature is reached. Once it drops below the set temp, then the machine will kick back on again. We hope you will come back to visit us again on future travels to the area.

It is a convenient location if you want to ski Sugarbush or Mad River Glen on a budget.

The door of the washroom was not secure ( really not well built ( not legal, not compliant). It was a cheap option for Sugarbush resort but not near the resort.
