The property is located in Penalva, immersed in a natural environment and surrounded by the rich local fauna and flora.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big enough for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Additionally, a convertible sofa bed is available to accommodate two extra guests.

Step outside and relax on the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The cottage is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Penalva, is just a 12-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
