Was ok, would stay again but a bit isolated. Never the less food was good but breakfast way too expensive

Good afternoon.Thank you for taking your time to review our pub/Inn we are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us and would stay again.We are a little off the beaten track but offer peace and tranquil during your stay, our map does clearly show we are not in a built up area and are surrounded by fields, cow and all other wildlife.Our breakfast is of high quality, all soured locally and cooked to order, our prices are clearly show in our policy and we could have offered you something cheaper had you wished.We do hope you join us again in the future as you will be warmly welcomed.Kind Regards

Great location
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsSuperb inn/hotel I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean and tidy room with a comfy bed. The staff are very friendly and the food and drink options are excellent. Definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely traditional country pub with friendly hosts and locals, attentive staff and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. The food is home cooked pub food at its best and the breakfast was high quality and served to your own personal preferences. Nice walk by the Humber completed our enjoyable night escape. Fantastic value for money, no hesitation in recommending this place.

Housekeeping
Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThere was no daily housekeeping as stated we stayed for 2 nights room was not checked or cleaned nice comfortable room it was a shame that there was no housekeeping otherwise a lovely stay

Good Morning Annette,thank you for taking the time to review our Inn.We do provide details of how we operate our housekeeping services in each room, this is either on the back of the door or dressing table. When you changed your booking to the cheaper room we did keep you in the deluxe room but at 38.25 per night for two people this as you can appreciate is very cheap and as such, housekeeping is operated on a request basis. We are a small independent Inn, with Homecooked food and a very extensive range of offers on the bar, which sadly you didn't get to try.Hopefully we will see you again as we would love the opportunity to show you all that we have on offer to our guests.Kind Regards
