Staff helpful but need more training in the ethics of hospitality. I found the music played throughout the resort, morning and evening, extremely loud making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable!

I don’t recommend nobody to visit this location. The place is in serious needs of some upgrading. They one provide one towel and one rag per guest, the beds are breaking down, about 5 channels on the television you can watch. The only thing that works really well in the room was the AC and the fridge. Customer service is a joke, you have to wait two or more hours for food you ordered, when you get the food it’s cold. You have a better chance getting drunk at the bar before you can fill your belly with food. The staff avoids you as if your not even sitting there. When you complain to the higher ups , your complaints go unanswered. When you down so much money to enjoy yourself and you get is a big disappointment. Try a different resort this one is not worth the time or money.

Location was beautiful but service left much to be desired. I booked hotel on Expedia and pre paid for said room only to be told on arrival that she had sent me a an email that had gone to my spam folder that said room actually wasn't available. The fact that our entire stay was based on the notion that we would be at aruwai we were forced to pay the difference for a room more than double the price which was purportedly the only room available. The next day after calling for the complimentary breakfast to be sent to my room, I'm left waiting close to an hour before I call the kitchen again only to be told that they was a problem procuring eggs for the resort hence the delay?! I had to leave the room so I left a note on the door for the food to be left in the room when I return , lo and behold I return an hour after and of course breakfast never reached. Dining overall was poor. Despite preordering hours before hand food wasn't available on time. The portions rather small, not very flavourful and extremely overpriced. Beautiful property but the services and food is trash! Stay away from this place management don’t care at all. I feel extremely terrible for the staff that has to face the backlash from the customers.

My hotel room smelled. The food took an hour to get and chicken was uncooked. The staff was great! Place was definitely under staff. Bartender was also the cook amongst many other things. Nothing like my first experience. So until things change i wouldn't recommend going.
