Here are some insights from the homeowner:-We regret that your experience was affected by recent events. Less than three weeks ago, a tornado struck our city, and we are still amid cleanup. Additionally, another local storm with strong winds and rain, as well as a tornado thirty miles southeast of us, has made this a particularly challenging and wet spring. We were finally able to mow the yard the day after the guest arrived when conditions allowed.-We apologize for the delay in attending to the lawn. A family emergency required our immediate attention and prevented us from maintaining the property as we normally would. Thank you for your understanding..-We informed our guests to contact us if they needed anything or had any issues, and we would take care of it. However, due to a family medical situation, we spent most of our time at the hospital. We are now back home and preparing for the arrival of new guests.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

While we haven't noticed any issues ourselves, and our current guests haven't reported anything either, we take this matter seriously. We will thoroughly inspect the property to ensure there are no leaks or soft spots. It's worth mentioning that it has been raining for the past three days, and we will keep a close eye on the situation. -We understand that mattress comfort is a personal preference, and it's interesting to hear that some guests have had the best night's sleep on the mattress. However, we will check the mattress in question to ensure it meets our high standards of comfort. The mattress was purchased brand new less than 10 years ago and, as the property is not lived in permanently, it does not undergo daily use. We wonder if the mattress pad may have been bunched up, affecting the overall comfort. -Rest assured, we are committed to providing our guests with a five-star experience, and we will thoroughly assess each of these aspects. -In addition to the updates mentioned, we have just scheduled a roofer to come and check all the bolts and seals on the metal roof.
