Noisy with kids staying above. Not the cleanest. A bit musty, and the temp control was not great.

Storyland visit

Great location!
Publié le 21 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayTook the family to the White Mountains to celebrate two birthdays, our Anniversary and to see the spectacular foliage. Upon arrival we discovered the pull out couch was stained and had crumbs on the mattress. Unfortunately this left us without a third bed and second couch for us to hangout on. Additionally, there was a few other areas that lacked cleanliness as well. When the property management team contact us to check in they offered a $100 credit. Unfortunately we departed the property a night early as being without a third bed made things difficult for our family.
That being said the location of this condo is perfect to be near by North Conway but not “n” North Conway.

I gave 4 stars because the instructions left in the condo indicated we should contact Vacasa about trash removal or other issues. They didnt come to remove our trash and the hallway bathroom did not have a shower curtain. The small shower had a curtain but the temperature control made it so that you could choose between a scalding hot shower or spilling water everywhere. The deck was not well cared for and my mother tripped on a nail that was sticking up, fell, and was injured. I hammered down the ones outside the unit. Given how much we enjoyed the place overall, it’s really a shame i cant give 5 stars.

Great location for families going to Storyland and Santa’s Village
Publié le 6 août 2021 sur HomeAwayFirst time renting a VRBO and had a great experience! Vacasa was very easy to work with. Accommodations were very nice.
