This place has great potential, but it unfortunately doesn't live up to it. First of all, we didn't feel welcomed. We were arriving in the area early and Krissy was supposed to text us when our cabin was ready, but she never did. Upon our arrival, we had forgotten the self-check-in instructions and dared to ring the doorbell. A visibly infuriated Krissy, barely masking it under a forced smile, cracked open the front office door to remind us that we needed not to bother her. We weren't familiar at all with the area and would've needed some pointers, but the door closed as fast as it had opened. First disappointment, how close to the road the cabins were. Second disappointment, the pool was closed. We had chosen the farthest cabin for privacy, but little did we know that this would also mean no Wi-Fi. Well, one of the three networks was reaching on and off, but the password didn't work. When I texted Krissy to ask if this was normal, she answered hours later: "No." That's when we started looking for another place to spend our second night. We realized just how much of a good idea that was after spending a night barely sleeping. The bed wasn't particularly comfy, which is to be expected, but it was most of all sloping. We spent the night rolling down and waking each other up. Having been awake since 3AM, we left very early and left a message explaining our bad experience. We didn't receive as much as an apology message, let alone a refund, not even for our second night.

we are sorry about your experience, If this was not titled anonymous we would of been more than happy to address any situation needed. we do not know what people go through day to day, but i can assure you you were not told to not bother the front desk. Also the wifi in our area is being serviced and we are experiencing multiple outages. We have also taken the pool off our websites that we have access over and we also post it at the front of our office for all guests to be notified! If you would like to contact us directly I would be happy to speak with you about a refund as we didn't get any type of message from you stating a lot of what is in this message and I would like to address it appropriately. It is hard to accommodate guests if they do not contact us directly! Thank you

Tres belle petite chambre avec tout. Tres belle les cabines. Belle rivière a coté :) nous y retournerons
