Publié le 7 juill. 2021 sur HotelsWhat a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best
Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge

Good quality rooms and furnishings, very spread out over one floor. Big focus on business meetings but also a popular spa/gym.

The room is clean and comfortable, the swimming pools and the steam room are very good.

Lovely hotel. staff helpful and friendly. Great location. Have stayed here several times before and will do again.

Check in was great. Staff v helpful. Rooms were v nice - decent decor and style was good, bathroom had heated mirror, which was nice for after showering.
Staff in the evening were helpful and got us sorted with a taxi for the next morning.
However, the pool (and gym) closed at 6pm on Sunday evening - I think clarity of this e.g. Email prior to booking confirmation, would be good, as we were disappointed.
Also, on check out, the person on the desk seemed to have trouble with the computer system and tried to get me to pay a second time. The staff member was unpleasant to deal with - a shame as the others (including breakfast staff) seemed v nice and helpful.
