"For our 15th anniversary, we wanted a quiet restful place to slow down and re-charge. The view was awesome. We never left the cabin! It was so nice to sit on the couch with a book and look out the big window at the beautiful valley and mountain outside the window. We also really liked the nice hot tub just outside the glass sliding door on the patio. We hope to go back again sometime and would recommend to anyone. We also enjoyed reading the journal entries of previous guests and learning about things to do or places to eat in the area. Especially liked the host, Leanne's, entries"

"Our whole experience with Amy and John was amazing and hospitable beyond our expectations. We had mentioned wanting to do a fire one night for our boys (3,6,9) and Mr. John had it all setup for us and all we had to do was light a match. I’ve never had such kind and courteous hosts in all my years of VRBO. You are close enough to Jasper to get essentials but far enough away to not even notice it. We spent 3 nights at the Rock House and loved spending our Thanksgiving there! "

Stay was exactly what I needed to refocus and reenergize myself after a turbulent year.
