* avoir été obligé de chambre car porte ne fonctionnait pas, problème d’eau chaude avec service très le r pour résoudre les problèmes
* juste le bar etait ouvert

The property is beautiful, quiet, has amazing views. The staff is amazing, very attentive. The food in the restaurant was very good. There was one issue I had during my stay, and that was the mosquitos. The mosquitos were the worst I have ever encountered. I could not sit on my balcony without being eaten alive or go to the pool. I tried sitting at the bar and the lobby when waiting for a taxi. It was very uncomfortable. We were constantly slapping mosquitos. And we travel often, so yes, we expect to encounter mosquitos, but not the way we did. My body was FULL of mosquito bites when I left. They need to have someone come and spray the premises and this could be avoided. They were very polite and offered OFF, but it didn't work at all. I would have spent much more time at the pool and bar/restaurant if it were possible but it wasn't. I had to leave and go to another hotel to enjoy those things. When I mentioned it they said it was the season but oddly I didn't have the same issue while at other locations on the Island. If they fixed the mosquito issue I would definitely stay again, but ONLY if they fixed that. Other than that, it was great.

enjoyed my stay , food was great , my massage was excellent service was nice . there’s nothing to do at hotel or nothing around the hotel walking distance to do or eat.

Main areas at the hotel doesn’t have AC, so I only felt extremely cool when I was in my room and there were a lot of bugs on those areas. I think fans can be purchase to assist with this issue. The overall stay is great, this was my only complaint.
