Publié le 23 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.

Unasafe enough to barricade our door and consider leaving during the night and stay at another hotel. Please consider this warning review and the reviews from others.

I’m so sorry for your experience, but the house you made the comment is not this two bedroom cottage ; because it was not available, you agreed to switch to my other house instead of cancel the reservation , which is much bigger but not ready for hosting guests . Please let me know how can I make up to you . Sorry again !

Publié le 4 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayCheck in was 5 hours late. The property was not very clean. Dishwasher and water heater were inoperable. There were bugs in the kitchen and under the rug in the living area. The air conditioner in the living area was not cooling anything. The air conditioner in the spare bedroom was dripping so much water it was creating a pond. There were screens outside just flapping in the breeze. The solar lights were all broken and inoperable. The beach club access listed as included was an extra $80 a day. The hot water being inoperable was a deal breaker for us. A refund was requested but refused. We left anyway.

Great location and property with a couple snags
Publié le 4 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayI was nervous renting this property for the first part of our honeymoon because there were no reviews, but I felt better after talking to the owner. Upon arrival, we realized this VRBO is in an awesome enclave on the very sparsely populated south tip of the island, very close to the ferry to Nevis and some of our favorite snorkeling spots.
Some of the negatives about this were hopefully things that have been figured out since our stay, because my understanding is that we were the first guests after COVID lockdown. The biggest issue was the wifi, which was important for the two of us not just to stay connected in with work, but to find restaurants and things to do. We didn’t realize the clubhouse was open until nearly our last day there, which also had wifi and was a great asset to the community. We ended up having to get a burner phone from the property manager, which was a kind gesture but would have preferred that this amenity was working before we arrived.
Only other complaint was lots of bugs in the house, which I thought would be the case for the other places we stayed during our honeymoon in St. Kitts and Nevis, but was only an issue at this first place. Luckily, a mosquito net canopy was provided in one of the rooms.
Overall, great location, beautiful house and furniture, amazing property filled with monkeys and close to multiple beach access points, safe and air conditioned. Very much enjoyed our time here!
