Though we selected to stay during off season.. some restaurants/activities/shops were closed.. it was a beautiful resort, great food and extremely friendly staff - it was worth the closures..

Our heartfelt thanks to the whole team at the Hyatt. We loved every minute of our stay. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms large, well appointed and designed and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came to St Kitts for a wedding with other guests staying at villas and the Marriott and everyone agreed the Hyatt was an incredible experience. We would love to return with the family again. Special shout out to the staff at the Great House - every one was exceptional.

This property was amazing. A true spa retreat resort that looks out at Nevis and pretty removed from “the strip”. One of the nicest beaches and pools. Staff is so friendly too. They do not have an ATM and most of the taxis prefer or “only take” cash. A boat dock right on the property makes a quick day trip to Nevis very easy ($60 round trip).

This was our 3rd time visiting this property. Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. Started the vacation off with a couples massage at the Sugar Mill spa onsite. Chef Aular prepared a fantastic and memorable anniversary dinner for us. Loved it, as always. Friendly staff. Many staff members remembered us from our prior visit last fall and made us feel most welcome. Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful view of Nevis. Planning on going back as soon as we are able to.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Grounds are manicured and beautiful. Room had beautiful view and cleaned twice daily. A gem hotel and beautiful island.
