Back door card reader not working. Carpet in room needs update. Breakfast was limited but ok.

Checked in late with a reservation. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had hair all over the toilet and floors. The toilet was dirty. The shower looked terrible. The door handles on the bathroom were falling off. The bedside table was filthy and there was an onion peel on the floor. Insane to me. I had to ask for towels from the front desk and she said “I don’t know what these house keepers did today” WILL NEVER GO BACK. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Giving it one star was generous

Sorry for your experience. It does not happen often but I assure you that I will personally adress to Housekeeper that attended your room. . I hope you allow us to serve you n prove you that we do lot better than what youe experience.Thank you!

This property was terrible. The desk receptionist had a nasty disposition he was very rude! I asked him for two clean face towels he told me to bring the dirty face towels and he'll wash them and give them back to me! I have never stayed in a hotel or motel where I had to bring dirty face towels to the desk in order to get too clean ones. The TV volume went out a day before ceck out. We had to sit in our room without any volume on TV. He did nothing about that. The bathroom was very filthy. They didn't even wash the toilet bowl, the faucet, bathtub, coffee maker.the desk and the telephone! The linen had cigarette holes in them. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpets was dirty and stinky. We switched from room 115 because it was stinky to 206 and it was a little better. We only stay because it was close to a family members funeral. We will tell everyone never to stay at this hotel.

Sorry for yourr experience. We try our hard to meet or excess guest expectations however we failed here. We will address issues with appropriate department foe.correction. We hope you give us an another chance to prove and serve you better

Drive to Monroe Instead!

The door handle broke to the bathroom, the water pressure for flushing the toilet was low; the a/c was leaking water and overall it just felt dirty and dank. I could only stay 1 of 2 nights before going to the Marriott. There are Red Roof Inns and other options on 165 that are better for a lower price.

Staff very helpful . Liked the refrigerator & microwave in the room . Room was very dirty especially the bathroom. Smelled strongly like cigarettes although a non smoking room. Others were smoking in hall .

The hallway our room was in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and there was a sticker on one of the headboards, but otherwise it was pretty decent place to stay.
