Rapport qualité prix correct pour Bata , seulement gros problèmes à l'arrivée car la direction a prétendu n'avoir pas été payée ou pas prévenue de notre arrivée ( 7 chambres)Hotel.com doit trouver une solution pour que les clients ne soient pas importunés avec ce genre de tracasserie.

O hotel é bom, os atendentes são excelentes!! Muito atenciosos! O hotel está bem localizado, tem supermercado, restaurantes e o próprio passeio marítimo! O Hotel tem um excelente restaurante. Contudo, foi o Hotel ibis mais caro que fiquei em relação ao restante do mundo!!!

Super Lage an der langen Uferpromenade, auch wenn das eigentliche Zentrum eher zwei Steinwürfe entfernt ist Schade, dass die Dachterrasse nicht genutzt wird Verständigung problemlos auf spanisch, französisch oder englisch kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer reicht für Getränke für die Nacht

Durante la estancia surgieron distintos inconvenientes y aunque todos se solucionaron de forma satisfactoria, algunos como la limpieza tardaran más de lo razonable. Personal en general agradable, con alguna excepción. No vendría mal algún curso de formación en atención al cliente.

To start on a positive note, the hotel lobby and restaurant looks clean and inviting. The staff was very polite. Also, the internet was quite stable and sheets and towels were clean. There were however, a few things that need more attention to detail and quality. For example, Extremely small and grainy tv. The TV screen is just bigger than a laptop screen. It smelled like mold in the hallway. Room floor was stained and always looked dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t reach reception. Although the bathroom was quite clean, they need to do some deeper cleaning to remove some of the set in stains. Overall, since Ibis is a global chain you can expect it to kind of be the same everywhere you go so it’s dependable in that sense. It’s affordable and in a safe location.

O que mais me incomodou foi a qualidade da internet. Impossível fazer uma chamada seja com ou sem vídeo. Geladeira não funcionava, janela não abria, funcionários de mal humor. O café da manhã não era ruim. Poderia ter academia. Máquina de cartão de crédito só funciona as vezes. A localização é ótima e a vista muito linda.

Dirty water, dirty towels...

The water is brownish. I trust Ibis could have installed a water treatment device. Towels are dirty. No sleepers in the rooms and the floors are sticky. Any hotel operator should know that hygiene is the crutial condition of a hotel accommodation. Restaurant menu is outdated. Needs substantial improvement
