Apart from onw of the room i booked doesnt have a mini fridge, everything else was great. The staffs are nice snd property is clean.

Wifi is excellent. However Pool is down. A surprise that a 4 star hotel does not have a hair dryer whereas most of the hotels have.

Price is good with swimming pool/breakfast. With free shutter. Driver is helpful. With I house massage in the room. Some comments, 1st day , room is smoky smell, toilet smell too. Bedsheet also not very clean. The counter staffs do not communicate with night shift staff. Booked massage but did not take in the booked. Said spa in the spa room, ended up at the room. At the end of the day, before checkin , asked for water but was rejected because we are checking out! WHAT! For breakfast, staff do not care the cleanliness of the stations and the food is not replenish even there are more guest coming in. Have to remain them. I think there are room for improvement .
