Perfect weekend in a lovely Hotel
Publié le 17 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaThe hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything.
We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail.
The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour.
The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products.
I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again.

Excellent emplacement à coté des ferrys.

Pour : L'emplacement. La propreté et le confort de la chambre.
Contre : La climatisation un peu trop bruyante. Le chemin d'accès à la piscine.
Emplacement : Centre commercial et port des ferrys pour Singapour vraiment à coté.
Emplacement idéal quand on doit prendre un ferry le lendemain. Le méga mal à coté est très pratique. Chambre propre et confortable. Pour les francophones: TV5 disponible. Personnel efficace, petit déjeuner correct amis sans jus de fruit. En revanche, la climatisation dans la chambre est bruyante. Les pudiques dont privés de piscine car, petite aberration, le portier m'a indiqué que pour accéder à la piscine, il n'y pas d'autre chemin que d'emprunter le hall d'entrée, passer devant la réception et traverser la salle du petit déjeuner.

Harris hotel should provide loquid form shampoo and conditioner separately.
Please improve on the sound proof walls between rooms.

Overall great hotel

Good location but noisy

Short getaway.
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was good. It could have been better. No welcome drink on arrival. Which was offered during our previous stays. Safe box was unserviceable. Electric kettle did not work properly. As this was not our first stay we felt that standard has dropped significantly.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from ferry port. The hotel breakfast is extensive. Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
