Bad experience with hotels.com

not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation.

Publié le 21 juill. 2019 sur HotelsThis hotel already closed n was not informed about the closure. Was so shocked about the shutdown however they replaced to a nearby hotel GGI. It was a bad experience..we had to walk about almost a kilometer with our luggage to GGI hotel. We booked a queen size bed but ended with twin bed. Theres no fridge in the room, when asked one of the housekeeping,he was smilling and unsure whereabout and quickly moved away. Pillowcase were missing n towel need to be request. Room wall full with pencil scribble.
