The hotel is very clean and has a very high level of service. They also have all-day family activities and a shuttle to the nearby malls and ferry centre. Highly recommend this location.

Reception has very friendly staff. Room toilet has a lingering unpleasant smell and shower water floods the vanity area. Breakfast was ok and half the staff are friendly.
