Delayed in checked in. We reached location at 2.30 pm. Contacted the coordinator for the one hour not able to reached. End,we checked in at 4 pm. We booked 2 bedroom apartment with full toiletries, facilities as mentioned on the website and whatsapp. however, we did not received as per what been say. Coordinator say there's washer at the apartment but No. No toiletries, no mineral water bottles. The house is not clean. Upon check in, the coordinator seek permission to allow the helper to mop the house, fix the bedsheet . We waited for another hour till we get fully rest. The apartment toilet is smelly, spoiled toilet bowl, dirty refrigerator, dirty cushion, baby cockroaches around the sofa. Kitchen sink is dirty with leftover food. Communication is poor. I would not recommend the place.

Disappointed Expat
Publié le 13 déc. 2019 sur HotelsNo toilet paper, no water until we ask, just very disappointing all the way around.
It is a privately owned apartment and not managed very well. All hotels in Asia have bottled water and coffee for the guests... not this one.
I’m sure the hotel itself is wonderful, but this private apartment residence was not worth the money.

Stay at Nagoya Mansion Apartments
Publié le 9 févr. 2019 sur HotelsGreat experience. Apartment located about 600m from Nagoya Hill Mall. So you can walk to go shopping or have meals. There's a 24-hr pharmacy and clinic next to the apartment complex where you could get treatment for most ailments. For tit-bits, there's a minimart at the basement of the apartment complex which opens till midnight. There are also 2 small eateries just opposite the apartment security post.
GRAB and GoJek can fetch you from the lobby if you want a cheaper alternative to taxis.
You can use the facilities of the hotel for free like pool and parking. For the gym it's IDR 50,000 per person, equivalent to about SGD 5.00. Breakfast at the restaurant cost about SGD 10.00 per pax. Kids eat at half price.
The fully air-conditioned apartment has a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a single bed. The living room has a sofa & a recliner. Free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has an electric stovetop, a microwave oven and a kettle. There is also a fridge and a front-loading washing machine.
During my stay, there were issues with the kettle and the washing machine. The kettle caused the circuit breaker to trip. So did the washing machine when it washes using warm water. So I just used Rinse & Spin mode for washing our clothes.
I suggest the owner have both appliances and the apartment circuit breakers checked out by a qualified electrician.
