Wonderful Great Stay

I have to mention the receptionist Zikry, Shalbrina & Abigael, their services are great, polite and always helpful whenever I asked for help. Their services is remarkable, I must praised them. As this my extension stay for 3 more days as I already stayed 4 days earlier. This hotel is my only choice in Batam I like this hotel with everything I want in it. Looking forward to come stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is great with all shopping mall in walking distance, I got a smoking room which I requested and honestly speaking in this present situation there is mostly or unlikely in the world that hotels have a smoking room cater for smokers which I’m disgusted with this regulation, but this hotel have all I want so I love it. Calling all smokers if comes to Batam Indonesia this Swiss Bellinn hotel is can’t be miss and is must to book this hotel. Front desk receptionist is helpful and courteous with a good attitude. This hotel is remarkable. Highly recommended

Short getaway

Room is comfortable, except toilet/bath area somewhat small, plus some renovation noise from 10am to 5pm. Service is very good for a 3 star hotel. Location is good to malls and restaurants.

the location of the hotel is just a few minute walk from the Grand Batam Mall and many other local shopping, food and massage places. Overall, it is value for money to stay in this hotel. The slope at the driveway is very steep and the staircase next to it can be better improved to make walking more safe especially during raining.
