When we checked in, they said that they didn’t receive payment from Expedia, so they charged my card again. I just called the hotel and they said that they would remove the charges. It just added some confusion. Here it is 2 days later and the charges are still pending on my credit card from best western. I called 2 more times. It took 5 business days to remove the charges from my card. Frustrating

Good day, We do apologize for the confusion and have since refreshed all desk clerks on avoiding this situation. Once the hotel releases the hold it is up to the issuing bank to release the hold back to the consumer which can take several days

The 1st room had a wasp flying around {which we killed) and the grout in shower floor was dirty and the shower chair had mold in the drainage holes. After moving to 2nd room, there wasn't any kleenex or chair to sit in, plus as a :handicap" room, it was a very long walk to breakfast room and desk. No convenient for those with trouble walking!

I’m not sure how this got high ratings from others. The whole building is under construction and it, quite frankly, looks horrible and is a mess. I moved our bed a little and they def do not clean under the beds, it was disgusting. The bathroom had rust in the toilet and stains in the shower. Took 10-15 tries to get our keys to work. Price and pool is nice. Staff were nice.

Room was small and crowded for 2 queen beds. Refrigerator did not get cold. Front desk didn't seem to care about a solution. Was rude in his offer to help.

I apologize for the behavior of our front desk staff, I do hope you can understand that he is on the spectrum and sometimes comes off as rude. I am working closely with him to help him understand these things.
