This hotel is conveniently located to shopping and dining. Staff was very welcoming.

3rd time wasn't a charm
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed here two times before and each time it was a very comfortable stay. This stay was 50.00 more and disappointing. The carpet going into our room was torn and frayed. There were numerous stains as well. The bathroom was very clean and nicely stocked with amenities. The bed was hard and we had two nights of poor sleep. We went to the front desk and requested another room and they stated that they were full up and we couldn't be accommodated. As we were at the front desk we could see water stains on the ceiling. We come to Batesville often to see a parent in a assisted living facility. This is not what we expect from a Hampton Inn.
