Il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 15 minutes. De plus, la buanderie était hors d'usage et la piscine douteuse mais correct. L'eau est trouble.

The staff at this property were completely useless and sketchy. To start, we checked in for 2 rooms and they required us to give a deposit in cash. I have never had to give a deposit in cash, it’s always been on a card. The lady at the desk said our deposit for BOTH rooms was $100, 50 for each. No problem, we paid and moved on. The next morning, we noticed that one of our toilets was leaking and water standing in the bathroom floor. I threw towels down and went to call the front desk, all just to find out the phone doesn’t work. An employee then knocked on our door to ask if our toilet was leaking and came in to shut the water off. We then proceeded to go check out of both room. The employee, Willie, informed us that due to the toilet leaking, we will not be getting our deposit back for EITHER room. Even though the leaky toilet was not our fault. He then said the lady was supposed to charge us $200 for a deposit, $100 for each room. So it was marked in the “system” that we only paid a deposit for 1 room when the lady said the $100 covered both. While we argued with him, another lady came up to check out and get her deposit back and he said it “wasn’t in the system that she paid a deposit.” Long story short, we will never be staying at this establishment again, even though we enjoyed the town of Batesville, MS. The staff is very disrespectful, the facility is dirty and smells of trash, and the toilets don’t work. It honestly feels like a scam. 0/10 recommend.

Let me begin by apologizing for the experience while with us Mr. Kyle. Rudeness to guests is not tolerated here for I tell my staff to always treat the guests as they will want to be treated. A 100 deposit is required for all third party prepaid guest but the clerk at check in, did not require the full amount from you since you had multiple rooms. (It states the deposit information in the important information area of your reservation right before you click save) I also apologize that you were told your deposit would not be return for a maintenance issue that occurred during your stay. We only keep deposits for damages to hotel or smoking in room fees. Again, I apologize and I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future

The Bed was fantastic. Slept great. A/C worked well. Temperature was great. Shower Hot. Electricity worked. Plugged in all my Tech. Wi/Fi worked. Coffee in the lobby.

Staff were wonderful and rooms were as clean as they could be for an older facility. Carpet throughout the building was old and dirty. Bathrooms are tiny. It was decent for the price we paid. Better than paying $800 a night to stay in Oxford.
