No on-site parking and I received a parking ticket from the garage where I did park because the machine was malfunctioning and didn’t take the 24 hour parking selection.

Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 11 in our group and this amazing home was perfect for us! Easy walk from the train station and walkable to all of the Bath hotspots! The home is lovingly cared for and easily accommodated our large group.

February (Half Term) Bath
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily.
Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay.

Superb location for visiting Bath
Publié le 25 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe are a group of six female school friends and we had a wonderful reunion weekend in Bath, staying at this beautiful old house in a picturesque square, seconds from the stunning Abbey plus a wide variety of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars.
The house was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable, but it is old (and beautiful) and in some need of modernising - the bathrooms in particular are a tired and we struggled a bit with the hot water. The weather was exceptionally cold and the heating was also a challenge, but Paul was helpful and did all he could.
A superbly located property in this stunning spa town.

Wonderful location

Also very accommodating to our large group. Plenty of sleeping arrangements with a large comfortable living room to hang out in. We would readily stay there again

Non responsive host
Publié le 9 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe stay would have been enjoyable had the host answered one of my 3+ attempts to contact them. When we were told there would be a travel cot for my infant niece we were expecting it to be functioning, not broken as it was. If there was an emergency good luck contacting the host, they were unresponsive the entire trip which is a risk I wouldnt recommend anyone to take.

Thank you, Allison, for your review. I do apologies that you were unable to assemble the travel cot. I know it can be very difficult, and I wish I was there on Monday to help you. However, before your arrival, I had messaged you to say that I would be on a family holiday in France. I was easily contactable by WhatsApp and I would have explained how the travel cot worked. I am always very diligent in communicating with guests before and during a stay and my communication ratings are always 100%. I do apologise that during your stay we were unable to resolve the issue with regard to the travel cot, but I would like to reassure anyone reading this review that my communication with guests is that I do respond to all messgaes immediately and that it was just a shame that during this stay I was out of the country.

Absolutely Perfect location!

Great location, great property, and great host!

Right in the middle of everything (which yes, does mean there's some late-night noise and revelers return home from the pubs), but it's only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, the Roman baths, the river, etc. My family had a wonderful visit and Paul's communication about logistics was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better experience!
