Old hotel with great service. However our quite large room had huge humidity trouble... everything was wet and slightly uncomfortable in there. Not the best considering the price but not that bad too

Very dirty, mold in the shower, All carpets are dirty, paper wall coming off in two rooms I saw, curtains falling, mattress not comfortable, garden is sad, felt like leaving when I came in.

Bel environnement un peu isolé en bordure de Bath. Chambres un peu vieillottes, très Jane Austen. Excellent petit déjeuner, très copieux. Personnel aimable.

The manager was very accommodating when we arrived late. No fuss.Beautiful period room. Perhaps some areas of tiredness in the room. Like the carpet but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fantastic view. Short distance from the bus stop. Free parking.

Good location outside of city with bus stop right outside. The free car park is a bonus..Hotel is OK but tired in places and the breakfast was basic.

Nice Hotel

It was a bit far away from the center but we took the bus so no problem. It was historical builduing and we like the place.

A very lovely period hotel set amongst a beautiful garden. Convenient for trips around the Bath area without the worry of parking in central Bath when you return. Just under a 2 mile walk to Roman Baths, but there are other sights not much more than a mile away, and there is a nice walk in via the the canal to the centre.
