Our booking was incorrect and the staff member that checked us in was so rude regarding it even though it was their mistake. She did later apologise however I would not stay there again

No hot water in room. Motel depressing overall.

Great location to stay overnight.
Really wonderful that the property made an effort to supply the free breakfast to customers (this is mind-blowing for Australia).
The only thing they can work on is Internet connection. For 2023 offering unreliable internet at maximum 1Mb per second that does not even let you watch any video is ridiculous.

Good updating of room especially bathroom and well kept

the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet bowl, and there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. other then that the stay was fine
