Pet fee is $75 non-refundable, other hotels in the area charge around $25. Lesson learned. Hotel is in need of some TLC, containers put out to catch water in some areas due to water leakage, and evidence of ceiling tiles that have given way due to age/water exposure. Hot tub didn't work and although there was a sign it appears it was there for a while. On check-in, only one towel in the room and no shower curtain. No sheets, blankets, or pillow for the pull out sofa. Had to request all, but after we installed the shower curtain, we noticed it didn't have a liner. Tub was stained yellow and there was hair in the shower. Drains are kind of slow, standing in water while showering. Room smelled musty, AC was on 75 when we walked in and AC took a while to cool down the room. Food at thr bar could use improvement, for three of us was $68 with tip. Our appetizer came with stale chips, our pizza seemed like it was frozen prior to being put in the oven. It was limp and didn't have many toppings. Our club sandwich was missing bacon and swiss, so we sent it back. Bacon added, but we were told they were out of swiss. The club was toasted bread with cold cuts, a tomato that looked soggy, and almost no mayo. The meal wasnt worth what we paid. We were told drinks were free during happy hour but the two beers we had were almost room temperature. Sort of reminded me of my time in Germany. Hotel has potential but needs some help in my view.

Mrs Chelmire the front desk lead was amazing. She went over and beyond for me. I came in from Houston and she made my stay so pleasant and so I look forward when I’m in town visiting my family to stay here and have here book all my rooms

The property was well kept and the suites were spacious and tasteful. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel smells lovely too.
