The room had mold in the closet,Ants everywhere and smell really bad.i will never stay there any more.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were amazing. The managers were horrible. I complained about the smell and mold. Was sent to another room that had the same issue. Asked to speak with a manager who told me she was going to call me because she was busy. Never did. My autistic son had to stay in a cold room so it didn’t smell. No accommodations were given

I’d like to give this property a better review: however it took 4 rooms before we actually got one that everything that should work, TV, Shower, lights cleanliness etc. was finally acceptable; and that was after getting the GM involved. Once through all of that, we finally got an acceptable, functional room.

Water leak, ceiling dripping, noisy water heater drip. Everyday wasps in the room, broken shower slide door. Dirty sofa bed.
