We found this hotel to be clean and the staff was responsive and courteous. (Ŵe needed batteries for the remote).It was the first time we used this hotel so finding that the room had a full kitchenette was a bonus. Definitely would stay here again.

Quick stop in Baton Rouge.

The room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. We had two issues. Firstly there was only 2 pillows on the bed and we had to go to reception to collect the forth. Secondly, after breakfast our room keys no longer worked. I went to reception and was issued a replacement set. These didn't work and I had to return to reception a second time. I was informed that at check-in our room assignment was changed, but not correctly in the system. A third set of keys was issued. These worked. This whole process cost us 30 minutes and delayed out departure.

The property was solid. Nothing wowed me or my girlfriend. Loved that we could walk to movies and the bookstore. Didn't love that breakfast didn't have a lot of options or tv didn't have streaming options. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at many Home 2 Suites including this one about a year ago. My experience this time was radically degraded and I will not ever stay at this location again. I complained to the manager and he inform me that this hotel is under new management. They have ruined this location. Never again.
