the concierge was so wonderful even at 3:00am he still made sure the room was perfect and had a view of the river for me.

Under construction but it did not post that. Basically you’re required to valet each night. Was charged $16 for some thing which I have no idea what that could be because there were zero amenities. The bar was closed. The fitness facility was closed, etc..
