Great location! Hotel needs immediate improvements

I normally wouldn’t complain unless I had major issues with a property. 1 Receptionist wasn’t customer-friendly 2 We had to move room because AC unit wasn’t working 3 Eye sore-large dumpster in parking lot with old mattress 4 safety concern- doors around perimeter were wedged open 5 Hotel advertised for guest the pool hours on Courtesy Bags… However the pool had multiple issues & wasn't operable for the public 6 The new room we moved to had multiple malfunctions. The fridge made ongoing loud noises, the 2nd bedroom had water & shower head problems. When speaking with the management, he attempted to try to address each issue. The main point: You can’t charge the customer higher prices if the organization needs to remodel/update the basics. It’s tough coming across 2 states to stay in a hotel that feels unsafe & can not rest well

The staff was great. Very friendly and had great customer service. However, we found three roaches in our room and there were gnats.

The staff in all areas was very pleasant, the facility isn’t new, but it’s maintained well - breakfast was real good, nice variety, fresh … just overall good stuff! The room was very comfortable, temperature easily adjustable- bathrooms were comfortable too.
