Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived at this hotel in the dark after traveling all day. The check in was quick and easy but the lobby smelled like a perfume factory. The hotel check in desk has bullet proof glass around it, not seen in photos here. The elevator smelled like a dirty mop. We were tired and wanted to rest but when we entered the room, not only would the light come on, but the room fumigated in marijuana. We immediately walked out, went to the elevator and could not even push the button to go down as it was missing, you had to find a way to get it to work. We went straight to the front desk, told him about the smell in the room and that we could not stay here. He stated he would let Hotels.com know but we never received a refund (now disputing this charge). I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are looking for a hotel that presents as a pay by the hour hotel. I have asked Hotels.com to review this listing and requested they remove it.

Hotel is managed well and comfortable to stay in for a weekend! Worth it for the affordable price!

Male employee at front desk was not in the right attitude. Floor was slippery, room smelled (musty), room did not look clean, and bathtub had peeling paint in it. I was not use to these type of conditions. I've never saw a hotel like this. It needs to be cleaned and remodeled up to date.

The room had bugs that was dead in the bed inside the covers!!
