Never got to stay for some reason they wouldn’t let me check in and I’ll never use that hotel company again and will never book a room through your app every again

Weird bathroom shower design, water got everywhere. The pool looked and smelled nasty, gym was clean, front desk, lobby, bar, was clean. Weird mix of modern and old hotel vibes. Good fro the price.

Excellent Hotel!

Room was nice, but walls are thin and you can hear everything. My husband took a shower in the morning and it was hot at first, then turned ice cold. We told the desk clerk at check out and he didn't apologize or was concerned at all. So I said, "is that normal" and he said, "it is probably because a lot of people were taking showers"
We have never had that happen in other hotels.

Bathroom was in sad condition for being a relatively new property. Grout issues, pump dispensers removed from wall, sink sprayed, shower was loud... and the towel display was odd in that we had bathmats instead of handtowels. Just sloppy.
