Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi.
The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. The people in the office are very nice and helpful, very easy to communicate with them via What'sApp. I would like to thank the office staff for professionalism, hospitality and for the attitude.

The worst hotel

It took us two hours just to get in to our room.
There were no towels and when we asked for them, they bring them after half an hour

Check-in time is after 2 hours, and this gentleman came at 12, even though he came early, we didn't charge for early arrival and still he is not satisfied, please cancel this person's rating because he did not deserve us.

Aslında iyi olabilecek bir tatili daha ülkeye alışmadan ilk gün yaşanan birtakım elektrik kesintisi, temizlik hizmetlerinin ve su/tuvalet kağıdı gibi seyahat edenlerin işine yarayan şeylerin kıtlığı nedeniyle neredeyse mahvedecek olmasından üzüntü duyduk. Onun haricinde iletişim, konfor iyiydi. Biraz çalışmayla yüksek puanlar alabilir.

Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful!
The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay and would come back again!
