I appreciate the time we spent speaking during your stay. I listened carefully to your concerns, and I understand that this property did not meet the expectations you had in mind. You’re right—this isn’t a luxury vacation rental, though we feel it’s priced fairly for what it offers. Landscaping decisions are handled by the property owner, which does limit our direct involvement in that aspect.
When you initially expressed your concerns, we offered a full refund to allow you to find a property more suited to your preferences, but you chose to continue your stay. We were ready to address the areas that didn’t meet your standards for your 4 night stay, so I was a bit puzzled that you chose to stay while still expressing dissatisfaction.

Greàt family space for indoor and outdoor fun
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family has a great time hiking, biking, swimming and fishing at the state park as well as cooking in the spacious kitchen and eating on the patio. The basement had a great basketball hoop game and some fun board games. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit. Great house and neighborhood for family time.

Definitely a Great Bay City Getaway
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great place! We would definitely go back. It was close to everything including my family that lives there. The check in process was super simple. The only hiccup we had was the front door code didn't work. I did call the customer service number and they connected me to the maintenance dept. She was able to give me the code for the lockbox that had a physical key, so super easy quick fix. The only issue that could create is having 1 key for multiple people coming/going at different times. I would also recommend adding a few more pictures of the backyard so potential renters can get a better idea of the partially fenced backyard. However, the huge back deck has a gate you can close to keep in little ones or your furry friend. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with basic cookware, plates and cups. Along with dish soap, paper towels and dish towels. The dishwasher and washer/dryer was an added bonus! I recommend having your house manager check the silverware situation. There were only 5 forks and we had 6 people. This is probably due to them "walking" away over time. However, not a huge deal. Overall we had a wonderful time and will look forward to our next visit. I will definitely recommend this place.

Property is easy to get to and is not on a busy road. Interior is nice and covered the needs well. Excellent and speedy communication for any issues experienced.

Great getaway!
