El bano de la habitacion , tenia el.papel tapiz roto, y sucio, la cortina de bano estaba rota, en los rincones del.bano habia sucio

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir sus comentarios. Lamento sinceramente que el baño de su habitación no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Le aseguro que la limpieza y el mantenimiento son prioridades para nosotros, y lo que describe no refleja nuestros estándares habituales.Ya hemos informado a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza para que tomen las medidas correctivas necesarias y eviten que algo así vuelva a ocurrir. Staff was excellent. Very helpful in finding a water bottle we misplaced.

Breakfast was good but very limited by 8:30am.

The room that was given to me had dirty towels in bathroom! Gave me another room a the bathtub drain was broken!!
