Overnight Bay City Stay
We came into town for a 40th Birthday Party and this location was 5 blocks from the event. The home was clean, roomy and had everything we needed plus more. The owner was very responsive and communicated as needed.

It was comfortable
My classmates and I came to Bay City for a conference and stayed at this property. There were 5 of us and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean and welcoming. My only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom, but an empty space where one could be. Definitely a missed opportunity and a bit of a challenge with larger groups. Would reccomend it to anyone coming to the area.

St. Patty's day weekend
House was clean and surprisingly had three bedrooms, not two, which was a bonus. Great updates on the whole place and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Cozy house, nice neighborhood
Host was very responsive. There was an issue with plumbing and he had someone to the house within a 1/2 hour. Perfect sized house for our family of 3, and a nice fenced back yard for our dog. A few cons: description included washer/dryer but were not available. The house was clean, except a few important details were missed. (i.e. the bedsheets had crumbs of some sort on them)

Great house in a very nice neighborhood!
We were in the area to visit family & friends & the house was perfect for my husband, myself & our little dog. Neighborhood was very nice & quiet. Great deck & patio furniture on the back with a fenced in backyard. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
