A deux pas de la plage

This is a great no frills inn. On the Main Street but not loud and ample off-street parking. Good breakfast. Small but comfortable rooms.

A bay head retreat!
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HotelsTess and her husband have done an incredible job with the place! The coffee was delicious, continental breakfast was perfect for a little something to hold us over. We celebrated our mini moon here and had a wonderful time! They’ve thought of everything , providing beach tags, chairs and umbrellas. Even having meats and cheeses available for purchase. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay again!!

The inn was light bright and airy, however before warned about the third floor steps. They can be taxing. The best rooms are on the second floor with access to the wraparound porch. The included breakfast was lovely every morning. Surprised the Inn was on route 35. So had to cross to get to beach.

I stayed at the Bentley in on Friday night. Upon my stay I notice a bug in the room and the door leading to the balcony wouldn’t closed. I later brought this to the receptionist because I was by myself and I felt uncomfortable. She then switch the room to another room but I paid for a king size room and I was giving a queen/full size bed. I was a little taken back by the service and when I brought it to the receptionist attention she showed no sympathy. She said those bugs come out in the fall there and I should be fine and another thing that was alarming is the fact she wanted be to stay in a room where the door cannot close.
