The reason we gave it 2 stars was we paid extra for a king suite with hottub and we got there and used the hot tub and it started to smell like burning stuff. Then the next morning my boyfriend was using the shower and there was a pipe broke somewhere so he couldnt finish. They did give us a credit and moved us to another room without a hot tub. Also, when I booked it didnt say anything about the pool being down which it was. We chose this hotel because of that and it was closed. The staff was very nice so it was the best thing about the hotel.

Hello Matthew! We do have our pool and hot tub listed as a 'Temporary closure' which we hope will reopen soon! We hope you will give us another chance once the pool and hot tub are back up and running.

The only thing we liked great views. Works at the front desk never looked up from there phone they were looking at to say helloor welcome, restaurant was dirty and flys flying all over. Plus they were out of a lot of foods. Over all poor service. We had to cut our 3 day stay to 2 days for a emergency back home my mom took a turn for bad in the hospital. They would not let us cancel our last day even though we told them 48 hours in advance. Poor. We will never go back there.

The room was ok, but it was musky smell when i walked in and i had 20 flies in the room that i had to kill. Wasn't pleasant seeing that.

Pool area was closed and had been closed for some time by the amount of items stored in there. Online shows an active pool area

Hello Thomas, we are sorry about the pool being out of order. We did suffer from some flooding in June and are currently waiting on the insurance company. We did take the 'pool and hot tub' OFF the Expedia website.
