Quite Rural Location
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 5 nights for our visit to the Durango area. The house is large, well laid out with common areas on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were unable to find towels for the hot tub so we used the bath towels. There were no napkins so we used paper towels. There was no coffee or creamer. The igniter on the gas grill does not work so we found a small cigarette lighter in the wood burning fireplace box which was difficult to light the grill. A remote garage door opener would be nice for inclement weather. The bath tub in the main bathroom upstairs drains very slowly. The toilet on the main floor fills very slowly. Overall, a few minor inconviences but we enjoyed our stay.

We provide many starter supplies such as, a starter pack of coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee filters, etc. Guests are responsible to provide their own supplies for their stay, if needed, outside of these starter supplies.
There should have been hot tub towels provided. Sorry that those have gone missing somehow. We would have replaced them during your stay, had we known. We have replaced them now, as well as had maintenance address the bbq grill ignitor, bath tub drain, and main floor toilet.
We look forward to having you stay with Durango Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

Peaceful neighborhood close to Durango!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of cooking gear. The hot tub was perfect on a cool evening! Close to Durango and also to Vallecito reservoir. The neighborhood has its own park and walking trail. We loved it!

New Year’s Getaway
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful and cozy stay. It snowed while we were there, and the yard was great for playing in the snow. The house was most accommodating and homey. We loved the open floor plan and bedrooms upstairs. The dogs loved playing outside in their own space. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cozy place
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great the only thing that i would of liked was a insta hot hot water heater we ran out of hot water like 15 mins into our showers and there wasnt enough hot water to even shave other then that everything else was great and relaxing which was what we were looking for.
