OCEANSIDE, Affordable 3 Bedroom

Owner maintained clean 3 bedroom top floor apartment with eat-in kitchen, living room and 1 bath. Two complete sets of all linens, blankets and bed spreads are maintained. Therefore, you are arriving to clean linens that have sat unused for at least 6 days, while the set removed prior to your arrival is laundered for the next guest. In addition, all surfaces (dressers, tables, counters, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, sinks, shower, and toilet) are wiped down with disinfecting wipes, kitchen and bathroom floors are steam cleaned, and all carpets are vacuumed.

Equipped with all of the comforts of home! Maximum occupancy of 6, with 6 beach badges included. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living room with sofa, love seat, recliner and 55" 4K HDTV with Cable and High Speed wireless internet. Outdoor space includes deck, picnic tables, chairs, Weber gas grill, outside shower and parking for two cars.

Park your car and walk to everything including the Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Melt Down, California Grill, Howard's, Roberto's, and Wawa! Only two blocks to the beach!

This ocean-side, three bedroom is so clean, cute and convenient; you won't want to leave and can't wait to return! Everything is within walking distance or a short bike ride or car ride away. The best thing is you don't have to cross the boulevard to get to the beach! Although there is a great bay beach a few blocks away that is great for young families with small children as the water is not rough or deep. It is also a great place to watch beautiful sunsets!

Nice, clean 2nd floor of house. Everything matched website photos. Easy access with code & a key if you want it. Nice tv, big DVD, VHS collection! My husband loved the recliner. Only suggestion, fix bathroom door, it’s easy. Would stay there again only might be hot in summer months.

Great Location
We absolutely loved staying at Luke’s place, it was clean and a great location. Great proximity to our favorite places like Howard’s and the beach. Also super close to breakfast spots, Acme, and Wawa. You can’t go wrong with that! Bonus areas were the balcony and downstairs BBQ area. We will definitely be returning!

Like living in a dream
Perfectly positioned home between the bay and the ocean, quick ride to the South end of the island to watch the sun set over the wildlife preserve, supermarket is just down the road, owner of the gift shop a few blocks down tells hilarious stories. Nice full kitchen, top of the line washer/dryer, fantastic media center, comfortable bed. Paradise.

Well equipped kitchen, terrific Roku-centric media center, strong wifi signal, awesome new washer & dryer, quick walks to the beach and the bay to see the sunrises and the sunsets, which for some reason are most awesome around the first of the year. We enjoyed our vacation rental very much. The house was clean, and landlord very responsive. Our house had a convenient location and within walking distance for many ventures. The only thing that was undesirable was our view from the outside deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location where you could walk for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Most importantly you can walk back and forth to the beach all day long. Great location - walked a couple of short blocks to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, a couple of short blocks to the bay to watch the sunset at night. Watched seagulls sailing around from the back deck. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding, awesome media room/family room with giant TV (w/Netflix and a cool video library!). Absolutely no complaints.

Great beach stay
This quaint apartment was clean and well-kept. Lots of entertainment options (books, movies, smart tv, games). It was a quick two block walk to the beach, and most attractions were located within a mile of the house- perfect for walking or biking. The parking was a little tight, and it is a third floor walk up, but overall it was a great value and a nice place to stay. We had a great time there! Thank you Luke for your hospitality!
